Important legal notice: The Seller provides exclusively a guiding service (single tourist service) within the meaning of art. 4 point 1(d) of the Polish Act of 24 November 2017 on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements. The Seller does not arrange package tours, is not a tour operator and is not entered in the Central Register of Tour Operators and Linked Travel Arrangement Facilitators (CEOTiPT). Consequently, no statutory insurance guarantee for tour operators applies to the guiding service. The Customer is strongly advised to take out their own travel insurance covering accident, illness, mountain search and rescue, and trip cancellation.

§ 5. Order fulfilment
5.1. Expedition Booking — guiding service
Sarek 2027 expedition (Wild Sarek, Ritsem → Kvikkjokk, 10 days, late August / early September 2027; the exact dates are set out in the Agreement). Price: PLN 4,000 per person. Second person 10% off: PLN 3,600. The discount applies to the second person included in the same registration as the Customer (PLN 3,600 instead of PLN 4,000). It is available once for each such pair and cannot be combined with other discounts. Lowest price since the service was first offered for sale: PLN 4,000. The discount remains in force if the first person of the pair cancels. A replacement participant takes over the price of the person they replace (limit: up to 6 participants).
Expedition bookings are not made through the Shop basket, and § 3 does not apply to them. The Customer sends a preliminary registration by email to kontakt@sniegula.com. A registration is not an order and creates no obligation to pay. The Seller considers the registration after a short conversation with the Customer and completion of a questionnaire, and then sends the Customer a Booking Agreement stating the deadline for paying the deposit. The agreement is concluded when signed by both parties. Following payment, the Customer receives a confirmation and, before the expedition, the Participant Agreement for the guiding service and an invoice. Payment, cancellation and expedition cancellation rules are set out in the Agreement.
The expedition is provided as a single tourist service (guiding service) within the meaning of art. 4 point 1(d) of the Polish Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements; it does not constitute a package tour. The price covers the guide’s professional services only; it does not include transport, accommodation (including STF huts), food, equipment hire or insurance — these arrangements remain the Customer’s responsibility.
5.2. Book (physical goods)
Fulfilment: up to 3 working days. Delivery: DPD/InPost courier (14.99 PLN), InPost parcel lockers (12.99 PLN), Polish Post (11.99 PLN). EU delivery: from 39.99 PLN.

Delivery: immediately upon receipt of payment (max. 24 hours). Course access: 12 months from activation.
§ 6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. Expedition Booking — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCLUDED
The right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to art. 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act — services connected with leisure activities provided on a specified date or within a specified period. A separate written declaration of acknowledgement by the Consumer is required at the time of purchase.

§ 7. Complaints and statutory warranty
Complaints may be submitted by email to kontakt@sniegula.com or in writing. Time for response: 14 days. Failure to respond shall be deemed acceptance of the Consumer’s claim (art. 7a(2) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The cost of returning defective goods shall be borne by the Seller.
§ 9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
